REFUND POLICY(Cancellation and Refund Policy)
This Refund Policy governs cancellation of orders and refund procedures.
1. Order Cancellation1.1. Orders may be canceled before delivery without penalty, unless otherwise specified.
1.2. If canceled after payment but before delivery, processing or transaction fees may be deducted.
1.3. If canceled after delivery, rental fees for the used rental period are non-refundable.
2. Refund Procedure2.1. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
2.2. Refund processing time may take up to 14 business days depending on the payment provider.
3. Security Deposit Refund3.1. Security deposits are refunded after equipment inspection.
3.2. If damage is identified, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.
3.3. If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, the User must pay the remaining balance.
4. Faulty Equipment4.1. If equipment is defective due to Operator fault, the User may request:
  • Replacement of the equipment; or
  • A proportional refund for the unused rental period.
