You can move. If you have changed your location, simply update your address in your personal account — the system will use the current data when processing the return.

Minimum term — 1 week. Beyond that — any multiple of weeks or months. Automatic subscription renewal (can be canceled at any time before the next cycle). Long-term rentals (from 1 month) are 15–30% cheaper.
We cover damage that occurred through no fault of your own. Send us a photo or video of the problem, and we will bring a replacement or repair it free of charge. The customer is responsible for intentional damage or gross negligence.
Yes, we deliver throughout the island, including the north, east, as well as Gili and Nusa Penida (with a small additional charge for logistics). We will show the exact cost when you place your order.
Just a photo or scan of your passport and the address where you live in Bali. No additional contracts or visas are required. Everything is done online.
