3. Services3.1. The Operator provides rental services for equipment listed on the Website, including but not limited to monitors, computers, office furniture, home appliances, fitness equipment, and audio/video equipment.
3.2. Rental orders are placed online by selecting equipment, specifying rental period, delivery address, and completing payment.
4. Orders and Payment4.1. The User must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
4.2. Payment is made online through available payment methods.
4.3. The Operator may require a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned after inspection of the returned equipment, provided no damage is identified.

• Return the equipment on the agreed date and in proper condition.
• 5.2. The Operator agrees to:Deliver equipment in working condition.
• Provide delivery and collection services as agreed.

6. Liability6.1. The User is financially responsible for damage, loss, or destruction of rented equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
6.2. The Operator is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events beyond its control.
7. Governing Law7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is registered.
7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent court of jurisdiction.
