RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS(Rental Rules)
These Rental Terms regulate the procedure for renting equipment through balirenthub.com.
1. Rental Procedure1.1. Rental orders are placed through the Website.
1.2. The minimum rental period may be determined by the Operator and indicated on the Website.
1.3. Rental is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Delivery and Collection2.1. Equipment is delivered to the address specified by the User.
2.2. Delivery and collection fees may apply and are calculated during checkout.
2.3. The User must ensure availability at the agreed delivery and collection times.
3. Payment and Security Deposit3.1. Full rental payment must be made in advance.
3.2. A refundable security deposit may be required.
3.3. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be undamaged (excluding normal wear and tear).
4. Use of Equipment4.1. The User must:

• Operate the equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions;
• Prevent unauthorized third-party use;
• Avoid relocating the equipment without prior approval (if applicable).

4.2. In case of malfunction not caused by the User, the Operator will repair or replace the equipment within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Extension of Rental5.1. Rental period extensions must be requested before the original return date.
5.2. Additional charges apply for extended rental periods.
6. Damage and Loss6.1. The User is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
6.2. If the equipment is lost or irreparably damaged due to User fault, the User must compensate the Operator for its full replacement value.
